Burundi Army Killed Hutu, Villagers Say

BUSORO, Burundi - Villagers in Burundi on Thursday accused the Tutsi-dominated Army of killing 147 Hutu civilians in revenge for a Hutu rebel attack that took place on Tuesday.

But a Defense Ministry spokesman blamed rebels for the killings.
