Reports from Algeria say at least three people have been killed and two wounded in separate attacks in the north-west of the country.
According to Algerian press reports three people were killed on Monday at a construction site in the southern town of Medea.
Correspondents say at least nine hundred people have been killed since a six-month amnesty called by President Abdelaziz Bouteflika for the Islamic militants expired in January.
